Reporting & Insights
Marketing measurement for beauty, ecommerce, and consumer brands — custom dashboards, incrementality testing, and reporting rituals that turn scattered platform data into budget decisions.
Most brands don't have a data problem — they have a decisions problem. Meta says one thing, Google says another, and finance doesn't trust either. We build the measurement stack and reporting rituals that turn platform noise into a weekly call to action.
We are a New York-based growth marketing agency, and analytics is built into every engagement — not sold as a separate deliverable. Everything is stitched to the numbers the business already runs on, so marketing, finance, and leadership look at one story. It's part of how we helped Sol de Janeiro grow revenue 15x, work that won the 2025 BeautyMatter Award for Best Performance Marketing Campaign.
What we do
- We combine marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing so no single model — and no single platform's self-reported numbers — runs the show.
- We build custom reporting in Looker Studio on top of GA4, Shopify, ad platform, and warehouse data, designed to answer the specific questions your team actually asks.
- We run weekly stand-ups, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews with clear owners and next steps — because reporting only matters if it changes what happens next.
Our approach
We consolidate platform, GA4, Shopify, and warehouse data into dashboards that answer specific questions — not walls of tiles nobody opens.
MMM, MTA, and incrementality tests cross-check each other, so the stack calibrates itself over time instead of drifting toward whichever platform claims the most credit.
Weekly stand-ups, monthly reviews, and QBRs with clear owners and next steps. A dashboard nobody discusses is a screensaver.
Outcomes
- Faster, more confident budget decisions, because reallocation calls are grounded in incremental revenue instead of platform-reported ROAS.
- A clear view of which channels actually drive growth, validated by geo holdouts and lift tests — not last-click attribution.
- Marketing, finance, and leadership aligned on one set of numbers, so QBRs are about strategy instead of reconciling spreadsheets.
FAQ
- Do we need a data warehouse to work with you?
- Nope. Plenty of our clients start in Looker Studio or a good Google Sheet and move up to BigQuery or Snowflake later, once there's a real reason to. If you're spending under about a million a month in ads, a warehouse is usually overkill on day one.
- Can you run an incrementality test?
- Yes. We run geo holdouts, ghost bidding, and platform lift studies. Which one we recommend depends on how much you're spending, where you sell, and how quickly you need an answer you can act on.
- How is this different from the reporting our current agency sends?
- Most agency reports are pretty much a screenshot of platform dashboards. We tie the numbers back to your actual business data (revenue, margin, new customers) and score every channel on the growth it's really driving, including the ones we don't run.
- What tools do you work with?
- GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, BigQuery, Northbeam, Triple Whale, plus the native reporting from Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Amazon. We plug into whatever you already use. You won't have to migrate anything to work with us.
- Do you only do analytics for brands you run media for?
- Analytics comes with every media engagement, but we also take on standalone projects. Usually that looks like a measurement audit, a dashboard build, or a roadmap for incrementality testing.
- How quickly will we see a working dashboard?
- Usually within the first 30 days you'll have a v1 tied to your KPIs. From there we keep sharpening it as the weekly conversations show us which questions actually matter.
